Tamra Ferguson is a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of experience representing clients in insurance recovery matters and complex litigations. Tamra has played a key role in high-stakes disputes involving directors and officers’ liability, commercial general liability, mass torts claims, and marine stock throughput claims. Tamra’s practice is client-focused, and she works directly with clients to shape litigation strategy and develop compelling factual and legal arguments.
Tamra also has experience with complex commercial litigation ranging from breach of contract claims to bankruptcy actions to civil RICO claims.
Tamra has significant courtroom and deposition experience, having argued motions in court and participated in trial, and has taken and defended many depositions. Her previous roles include serving as Counsel at Weisbrod Matteis & Copley PLLS, and as an associate at both Gilbert LLP and Reed Smith LLP.
