Joe has also assisted eighteen London and domestic insurers in developing their product contamination and product recall policies. Joe’s expertise extends to cyber coverage where he has opined on cyber coverage issues and assisted insurers in enhancing policy wordings. When not working on crisis management or cyber coverage, Joe is an exceptional first and third-party coverage lawyer–and has litigated or opined on those matters in nearly every U.S. state.
